Products can be ordered online here
Phone
Products can be ordered by phone by calling 020 7688 6636 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm.
Cheque
Products can be ordered by cheque using our Order Form which can be found here, or on the back page of our catalogue.
Please complete the form and send it to us at Active Minds, 14-22 Coleman Fields, London, N1 7AD complete with a cheque made payable to ACTIVE MINDS.

Pro-Forma
Products can be ordered by Pro Forma via the Shop on our website, by email, or by calling 020 7688 6636 and we will send you a Pro Forma invoice for the goods by email or by post.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Payments can be made by card: VISA, VISA DEBIT, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL
Payments can be made by cheque. Please make cheques out to ACTIVE MINDS.
If you chose to make an order by Pro-Forma then payments can be made by BACS transfer or cheque. After you have ordered we will email you a Pro-Forma Invoice which includes our payment details. Once we have received your payment your goods will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days (UK).
Shipping and Delivery
What countries does Active Minds ship to?
UK, EU, and NORTH AMERICA.

What are the shipping costs?
The cost of shipping is £2.50 inc VAT per item for all UK orders.
FREE shipping is offered on UK orders over £50 inc VAT.
International shipping to the EU and North America is £5.00 inc VAT per item.
When can I expect my order?
Within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of payment
Personalised puzzles will be delivered within 7-14 day of receipt of payment.
Please allow 7-14 days for all international orders.
